Smeg announces the acquisition of frimed

With over seventy years of experience in the production of Made in Italy design appliances, Smeg announces its acquisition of a majority stake in FRIMED, a company that specialises in medical refrigeration. 

FRIMED, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chieri (TO), has established itself as a leader in the design of professional equipment for the hospital, industrial, biomedical, and pharmaceutical sectors by heavily committing to scientific research and innovation.
