Top job – Best employers 2021

“TOP JOB – BEST EMPLOYERS 2021”, Italy's largest study on employers, rates SMEG first in its category.

The German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with its Media Partner La Repubblica Affari&Finanza presents the third edition of TOP JOB - BEST EMPLOYERS, Italy’s most comprehensive study of employers.
A social listening study conducted over the last 12 months collected over 1 million online mentions (social media, blogs, forums, news portals, videos etc.) containing references to the 2000 employers analysed.

Social media is fast becoming people’s preferred means of expression, making it essential to listen to the web when evaluating companies. The aspects analysed include the work climate, opportunities for development, future prospects, sustainability and corporate values.

SMEG took 1st place in the “Consumer Durables” category with a perfect score of 100/100 .        

Smeg had previously been recognised as one of “Italy’s Best Employers For Women 2021”, by the same institute last September, ranking 2nd out of 2000 companies surveyed using the same approach.
