Smeg Instrument supplies the CSSD of Famagusta Hospital, Cyprus

Smeg Instruments has been contracted to supply state-of-the-art equipment for the central sterilisation facility (CSSD) of the Famagusta hospital in Cyprus. The project included the supply of two large thermal washer disinfectors, automatic loading and unloading systems, and a wide range of accessories designed to optimise the sterilisation process of surgical instruments.

Customer needs

Famagosta Hospital expressed the need to modernise its sterilisation system to cope with the increasing demands for safety in surgical procedures.
