Modularity

Flexible modules allow the wash chamber to be easily configured according to the shape, size, and type of glassware to be cleaned (bottles, flasks, pipettes, vials, etc.). This makes it possible to optimize the use of internal space, even with mixed loads. All modules are interchangeable and can be positioned either to the right or left of each trolley, both on the lower and upper levels.

Hydraulic circuit

The hydraulic circuit is designed to ensure excellent washing performance, thanks to a greater flow rate and optimized pressure. The customizable activation of one or more washing levels and/or modules allows you to concentrate the pressure where needed, ensuring maximum effectiveness and reducing waste to a minimum. The lower spray arm, equipped with angled nozzles, ensures thorough cleaning even in hard-to-reach areas.

Optimized capacity

The usable space of the chamber is optimized to allow the simultaneous washing of glassware of various shapes and sizes. It is possible to wash 1000 ml bottles on both loading levels at the same time.

Repositionable upper rack

FlexiLoad is equipped with two perfectly identical levels, allowing for efficient and optimized load management. The upper level is fully reconfigurable at two different heights, allowing it to accommodate glassware of various sizes and adapt to multiple loading configurations, without the need for additional trolleys or accessories.

High-performance washing and drying

The washing and drying systems are designed to deliver top performance. Thanks to a 50% boost in drying power, glassware is ready to use in less time and without any residues.
