Thanks to the presence of the integrated steam generator, the wide range of temperatures managed and the use of high-quality materials such as AISI 316L stainless steel for tank and heating jacket, the autoclave guarantees highly efficient and reliable sterilization results, making it an ideal solution for a wide variety of applications in the scientific and laboratory fields
Rapid cooling system
The rapid cooling system reduces cooling times by approximately 40% compared to the standard version and speeds up the liquid sterilization process, allowing for the sterilization of liquids in open containers. For some specific versions, an integrated cooling fan is also available, which allows for ultra-fast cooling and further increases the process speed, improving the overall efficiency of the autoclave.
Full traceability
The autoclaves can be optionally equipped with a dot-matrix printer to record data of the ongoing process or one of the last 40 cycles. In addition, the machine can be connected to a PC using the dedicated Smeg Track software to monitor ongoing sterilization cycles and archive data, ensuring complete traceability of the operations performed.
Loading solutions
The machine can be optionally equipped with accessories such as an electric crane to make loading and unloading operations easier and a complete set of sterilization baskets with different loading capacities.
